About the team
The Customer Experience Management Department is responsible for understanding customers' needs, expectations, and satisfaction. The team works to ensure that customers' opinions are heard and that banking processes are improved and adapted according to customer needs. The department focuses on finding meaningful points of contact with customers, understanding different customer segments, and creating better tools, services, and opportunities that support their needs and expectations.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Researcher – Telephone Interviewer who will communicate with customers by phone and collect information about their satisfaction through structured questionnaires. This role is suitable for a university student or graduate who has strong communication skills, is responsible, detail-oriented, and interested in customer experience, research, and service improvement.
What you'll do
- Conduct telephone communication with customers
- Interview customers using relevant questionnaires
- Collect information about customer satisfaction and experience
- Record the information received from customers in the company's software/system
- Support the Customer Experience Management Department in understanding customer needs and improving service quality
Requirements
- Higher education or current student status at a higher educational institution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly and logically
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work well in a team
- Analytical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
Work schedule
Monday–Friday, 11:00–15:00 or 15:00–19:00
