What you'll do
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback across digital channels
- Prepare product requirements and user stories for development teams
- Coordinate releases with engineering, design, and operations
- Monitor product metrics and propose improvements
- Benchmark competitor digital banking products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in product, business analysis, or digital services
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
