Who we're looking for
We are looking for Banking Operations Trainees — recent graduates who are precise, process-minded, and motivated to grow into permanent roles within bank operations.
What you'll do
- Rotate through payments, account services, and back-office teams
- Learn and document core operational processes
- Support daily processing tasks under mentor supervision
- Complete the structured trainee curriculum and assessments
Requirements
- Recent graduate (bachelor's degree completed within the last 2 years)
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Good computer literacy
- Motivation to build a long-term career in banking operations
