About the team
Our team is responsible for planning and analyzing the finances of retail and small/medium businesses. We work on pricing and profitability, prepare strategies and budgets, manage branch network plans, and analyze the market and competitors. Our goal is to grow the bank's segments and improve efficiency.
Who we're looking for
An intern who will become part of our team and help with planning and analyzing the finances of retail, small, and medium businesses, managing segment finances, and supporting the growth of the bank's segments.
What you'll do
- Assist in financial planning and analysis
- Participate in managing segment finances: pricing, profitability analysis, strategy development, and budgeting
- Work on branch network plans and front-office incentive and bonus systems
- Prepare market and competitor analysis reports and help with planning and tracking campaigns
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th-year bachelor's student or a graduate
- Studying or graduated in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Planning to build a career in finance
- Ready to dedicate time and actively engage in both learning and working
