Who we're looking for
A junior specialist eager to grow in digital banking, support product improvements, and turn customer feedback into better digital journeys.
What you'll do
- Support the development and improvement of digital banking features
- Monitor digital channel performance and customer feedback
- Help test new releases of the mobile and internet banking apps
- Assist with day-to-day digital product operations
- Coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, finance, or a related field
- Interest in fintech, digital products, and customer experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
- Fluent Georgian and good English
