Who we're looking for
A curious, organized candidate interested in product research who wants part-time experience in digital banking.
What you'll do
- Help conduct user research and usability tests
- Collect and organize customer and user feedback
- Support analysis of digital product metrics
- Prepare simple research summaries and reports
- Work with product and design teams
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in business, design, IT, or a related field
- Interest in UX, product, and digital banking
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Basic Excel skills; Figma familiarity is a plus
- Ability to work part-time
