A communicative, patient candidate who enjoys helping customers and wants part-time experience in banking service.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer questions via phone and chat
- Provide information about banking products and services
- Resolve or escalate customer issues
- Record interactions accurately in the system
- Maintain service quality standards
Requirements
- Students and early-career candidates welcome
- Strong Georgian communication; good English or Russian is a plus
- Customer-oriented and patient attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work part-time shifts
