A motivated graduate who wants to learn banking operations end to end through a structured, rotational trainee program.
What you'll do
- Rotate across key banking operations teams
- Support transaction processing and documentation checks
- Learn operational controls and internal procedures
- Assist with reporting and data accuracy tasks
- Participate in training and development sessions
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Good Excel and communication skills
- Interest in banking operations and processes
- Willingness to learn and rotate across teams
